new year, new stuff...so what

OK...here's the plan...stick with me. After some poking about, I'm going to cook my way through Ad Hoc at Home, Thomas Keller....aside from being the awesome, there are some great recipes in there...and on to another topic, the dead horse....or should I say Six Flags over Jesus?...or the big money hungry church across the street?.....either way, it looks as though moving to rancho relaxo tres will happen sooner than later. Anyway...pics of cooking and fun bits to bore you to sleep will come forth...cheers, greg
